| I am interested in welfare state change and public sector organization and organizing with a focus on how different occupational and professional groups responds to and are part of these changes. Theoretical perspectives guiding my research are resistance/power and feminist theories of care and caring. Furthermore, I am interested in how social work both as an academic field and education can play a part in the transformation to a sustainable and just society. In this work the concept of signature pedagogy has guided both analyses of our educational practices and the construction of courses on social sustainability. |
